*Full Club Training*
This Thursday the club is holding our first whole club training for the season from 5.30-7pm at the courts. We are looking to make this a regular training mainly to enhance relationships between our junior and senior members. This gives the opportunity for coaches to work with other players and spread their knowledge across all grades. The plan is 30 minutes of fitness and games, 20 minutes of ball work & 40 minutes of skill work breaking off into midcourt, defenders & goalers.
We know that some seniors won't be able to make it that early however we do expect that you will get there as early as you can and join in.

Note from Kayla:
7pm -8pm senior players meeting at the club rooms. If you would like to bring food to eat/share that's okay too. To save me being a school teacher and printing out notices please bring a pen and paper or be prepared to take notes on your phone.
